ISO 18000-6C UHF tire labeling is specially designed for full life cycle tracking management of truck, bus and passenger car tires. The operating frequency is 860-960MHz, compatible with the EPC Gen2 (ISO 18000-6C) standard, and adopts a flexible anti-metal and anti-rubber interference antenna design to adapt to signal transmission in the rubber and steel belt structure environment inside the tire. The label is attached to the inner wall of the tire (sidewall or crown lining), adapts to the bending deformation of the tire during high-speed driving, is resistant to high temperatures (120°C continuous/180°C short-term vulcanization), wear-resistant, oil-resistant, salt-corrosion resistant, and adapts to the harsh road conditions and climate of long-distance transportation. The passive design does not require batteries, and its service life covers the entire tire life cycle (about 3-5 years). Supports EPC code custom writing and surface laser engraving, binding vehicle VIN code, tire model, production date, mileage, number of refurbishments and other information. It is suitable for truck/bus tire management, logistics fleet tire tracking, tire retread tracing, vehicle tire safety monitoring and other scenarios.
