Custom-designed high-temperature resistant PCB anti-metal UHF RFID tags are specifically designed for tracking and managing metal assets, molds, tools, and high-temperature operating environments. Operating at 860-960MHz, compatible with EPC Gen2 (ISO 18000-6C) standards, and utilizing a rigid PCB substrate, these tags offer excellent high-temperature resistance (long-term tolerance to temperatures above 200°C, short-term tolerance to 260°C), making them suitable for high-heat industrial scenarios such as painting lines, heat treatment, die casting, and welding. The built-in special anti-metal antenna design effectively eliminates interference from metal surface reflections, ensuring stable and reliable reading when attached to metal. The robust and corrosion-resistant PCB material withstands harsh industrial environments such as oil and chemical solvents. Supports embedded or surface mounting (screws/rivets/adhesive/cable ties), adaptable to assets such as metal molds, tool fixtures, and heat treatment jigs.
